摘　　要：冠心病与抑郁症是两种相互影响的疾病,且两种疾病常合并存在。络损神伤是中医心系疾病的基本理论之一。从络损神伤角度探讨冠心病抑郁的发病机制及治疗,以期为中医认识二者之间的关系及合理治疗提供契机与切入点。Coronary heart disesse（CHD） and depression are always coexistent and affect each other. Abnormal emotion caused by collateral dysfunction is one of the basic pathogenesis of the heart diseases in TCM. In order to recognize the relationship between the two factors, this article discusses the pathogenesis and treatment of coronary depression from collateral dysfunction.
