摘　　要：针对当前军队医院人才培养工作,在改善知识结构、提高综合素质、任职教育、用人导向上存在的四个误区,提出了层次培养、综合培养、多途径培养、杠杆牵引、协调发展等新的培训理念和培训方法,对改进人才培养工作有积极意义。According to the four mistakes in the work of cultivation of person with ability including melioration of knowledge structure, improvement of general diathesis, education after graduate and employment guideline, the author proposed some new training ideas and methods to ameliorate the work of cultivation of person with ability such as carrying out muhilayer, general, and multi -course cultivation etc.
