军队医院推行ISO9000标准及问责管理模式的探讨

摘　　要：近年来,本院引进和推行了ISO9000管理标准,并在此基础上建立医院链式管理问责模式,改变了军队医院传统管理方式上偏重于经验型、粗放型的弊端。基本对策:一是建立岗位责任,实行标准化管理;二是建立科学的管理流程,实行系统化管理;三是建立“链式”问责制,实行实效化管理;四是建立跟踪考核机制,实行全程化管理。使医院走上科学化、正规化、规范化的惯性运行轨道,医院综合质量明显上升,伤病员对医院的满意度明显提高。The hospital recently induced and applied the ISO9000, and established responsibility management mode which has dealt with the problems of traditional management. The basic countermeasures were as follows： firstly, set up point responsibility and carry out standard management; secondly, establish scientific management flow and realize systematic management; thirdly, set up chain - mode responsibility system and realize real effect management; fourthly, set up track and check system to realize overall management. These efforts can help the hospital to improve the general management lever.
