摘  要:采用均匀设计,以Keggin型磷钨酸为催化剂,甲苯为带水剂,得到了合成丁二酸二丁酯的最佳工艺条件为:醇酸物质的量比3.0:1,催化剂量为酸质量的1.1%,带水剂量为反应体系总质量的22%,反应时间2h,最高酯化率99.47%。Dibutyl succinate is prepared from succinate acid with n-butanol as reactant, phosphotungstic acid as catalyst, toluene as azeotropic agent. The optimum technical condions were investigated in detail by Uniform design, which includs effects of catalyst, mole ratio of reactants, quantity of azeotropic agent, reaction temperature and time on yield. The results indicate that 99.47% yield could be obtained with the following optimal reaction conditions: the mole ratio of n-butanol to succinate acid 3.0:1, the mount of catalyst 1.1% by mass of acid, the mount of azeotropic agent 22% by total mass and the reaction time 2 h.
