减肥调脂胶囊对单纯性肥胖症(胃热湿阻证)的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察减肥调脂胶囊对单纯性肥胖症(胃热湿阻证)的减肥作用。方法:将50患者例随机分为2组,治疗组25例采用常规减肥饮食、运动处方加服减肥调脂胶囊(处方:生大黄、何首乌、黄芩、泽泻、荷叶、山楂)治疗;对照组25例以常规减肥饮食、运动处方治疗。分别测定2组治疗前后体重指数(BMI)、腰臀围、空腹血糖、甘油三酯、血清瘦素及胰岛素水平的变化。结果:治疗组治疗后BMI、腰臀围、空腹血糖、甘油三酯、空腹瘦素和胰岛素水平均明显下降,与对照组比较,差异有显著性或非常显著性意义(P<0．05,P<0．01)。结论:饮食、运动减肥配合减肥调脂胶囊治疗单纯性肥胖症(胃热湿阻证)效果良好。Objective: To explore the action of reducing fat of Jianfei Tiaozhi capsule (JTC,减肥调脂胶囊) for simple obesity (stomach - heat and damp - stagnation syndrome). Methods: 50 cases were allocated to 2 groups (each group 25 cases) randomly. The index of body weight, girth of waist and hip circumference, fasting blood sugar, triacylglycerol and the changes of insulin level were determined in both groups before and after treatment. Results: After medication, the BMI, girth of waist, hip circumference, fasting blood sugar, triacylglycerol, and level of insuilin of treatment group (JTC group) were markedly decreased than that of control group ( P < 0. 05, P < 0. 01). Conclusion: JTC possesses good effect for simple obesity.
