铝的毒性及两种中药制剂的防治效果研究

摘　　要：目的探索两种中药制剂(口服液1和口服液2)对铝染毒小鼠防治效果。方法用AlCl3复制铝染毒小鼠模型,分成正常组、染毒组、预防组、治疗1组、治疗2组,后3组分别用中药制剂口服液1和口服液2灌胃。实验结束,测定小鼠血清,脑、肝组织相关生化指标的变化。结果大脑乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)活力分别是(0.73±0.19),(1.38±0.16),(0.98±0.90),(0.90±0.11)(0.87±0.12)U/mg蛋白。治疗后血红蛋白(Hb)分别是(143.15±5.41),(127.91±18.90),(137.75±23.87),(142.41±19.93),(136.37±23.00)g/L。铝染毒组大脑AchE活力明显高于其他各组动物(P<0.01),而Hb明显低于其他各组(P<0.01);血清ALT和尿素以及肝、脑组织丙二醛含量各组之间差异无统计学意义。结论铝的毒性表现在对大脑胆碱能系统的损害,对Hb也有一定的影响,两种中药制剂对其预防和治疗有明显效果。Objective To investigate the toxicity of aluminum and the preventive and therapeutic effects of Two Traditional Chinese Medicines in aluminum exposed mice. Methods AlCl3 was used to duplicate the model of aluminum poisoning, Mice were divided into control group, exposed group, prevention group, the 1^st treatment group and the 2^rd treatment group. The mice of last three groups were administrated with traditional Chinese medicine of oral liquid 1 and oral liquid 2 by instillation into stomach. After the experiment, relevant biochemical indexes of serum, brain and liver were determined. Results In the brain, the activities of AchE were （0.73±0.19）, （1.38±0.16）, （0.98±0.90）, （0.90±0.11）, （0.87±0.12） U/rag. prot. After treatment, the concentrations of Hb among the groups were （143.15±5.41）, （127. 91± 18. 90）, （137.75 ± 23. 87）, （ 142. 41± 19.93）, （ 136.37 ± 23.00） g/L. In the aluminum exposed group, the activities of AchE were obviously higher than those of other groups（P〈 0.01 ）, however, the Hb obviously lower than others（P〈0.01 ）. There was no significant difference in serum ALT and urea, and MDA in liver and brain among groups. Conclusions The main manifestation of aluminum toxicity is in the injury of the cholinergic system while there is a certain effect on Hb. These two traditional Chinese medicines show obvious preventive and therapeutic effects.
