摘 要:论述了攀钢选矿厂为满足攀钢集团公司提高铁精矿品位的要求,对现有一段磨选工艺流程所进行的阶磨阶选工艺流程改造和工业试验。试验结果表明,利用现有厂房和场地,在16#系统进行的阶磨阶选工艺流程改造与试验,其工艺流程畅通,设备工作正常,可使铁精矿品位提高到54%以上,原矿台时提高到90.13t/h,如果全厂16个系列全面推广应用,预计可年产铁精矿500万t,年创经济效益1亿元以上。To meet concentrate grade of the concentrator of Panzhihua Iron & Steel Co., the primary grinding and concentration process was changed to the stage-grinding and stage-concentration, and the industrial test were carried. The testresults showed that the reconstruction of the primary grinding and concentration process of 16# system in the existing factory building and field was successful and operation of the equipment was stable. The reconstruction made the concentrate grade increase to over 54% and capacity of each plant of run-of-mine ore increase to 90.13t/h. If the reconstruction was carried out in the 16 series of the whole concentrator, the iron concentrate output was expected to be 5 million t/a and annual economic benefit would be over RMB100 million yuan.
