摘　　要：介绍了济钢第三炼钢厂中薄板坯连铸机投产以来的漏钢情况。通过深入分析铸坯角部裂纹漏钢的原因,制定相应的工艺、设备改进措施,极大地降低了角裂漏钢的发生频次,为生产的稳定顺行提供了有力保障。The situations for breakouts of the medium - thick slab caster after commissioning at No. 3 Steelmaking Plant of Jinan Steel were introduced. Causes for corner cracking breakout of the slab were analyzed. Through the improvements of both process operation and equipment, occurring frequency of corner cracking breakout was lowered remarkably. Slab casting has become more stable than ever before.
