摘　　要：目的:建立痔速宁片中芦丁含量的HPLC测定方法。方法:Shimpack VP-ODS C_(18)(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液(20:80);检测波长为358nm;柱温30℃。结果:芦丁线性范围为0.12～1.30μg,平均回收率100.3%,RSD为2.1%。结论:方法可靠,简单可行,为控制痔速宁片的内在质量提供了科学依据。Objective： To set up a HPLC method for determination the content of Rutin in Zhisuning tablet. Method： the shim - pack VP - ODS C18 （ 150 mm×4.6 mm ,5 μm） was used, the acetonitrile -0.4% phosphoric acid solution（20： 80） ,as mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1 ,the detection wavelength was 358 nm. Result： The linear range of rutin was 0.12 - 1.30 μg. The average recovery was 100.3% with the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1 , RSD 2.11%. Conclusion： This method is accurate,reliable and provides a scientic index for controlling the qualities of Zhisuning tablet.
