产后康口服液制备工艺的研究

摘　　要：目的:优选产后康口服液水提醇沉工艺。方法:采用正交试验,以阿魏酸为定量指标,HPLC法测定其含量。结果:采用12倍水,提取2次,时间2h,70%醇沉浓度为最佳工艺。结论:该优选工艺易于重复,所得制剂符合质量要求。Objective： To study the optimum extraction procedure for Chanhoukang oral liquid by water extraction and alcohol precipition. Method： The orthogonal test was used ,the content of ferulic acid was determined by HPLC. Result： The twelve fold aqua and quadric extract and a hour at a time and 70% concentration of grain alcohol were prime technology parameters. Conclusion： The process is reproducible, according with quality demands of the preparation.
