摘　　要：FK228具有特殊的缩酯环肽结构,可有效透过细胞膜,通过抑制组蛋白去乙酰酶而显示良好的抗肿瘤活性。临床研究表明,FK228可对多种肿瘤产生作用,对皮肤T-细胞淋巴瘤及耐药性肿瘤的疗效尤为显著。现综述FK228的抗肿瘤作用机制,临床研究及药动学等方面的研究进展。FK228 with a special depsipeptide may efficiently pass through the cellular membrane and exert a prominent anti-tumor activity by inhibiting histone deacetylase. The clinical researches showed that FK228 is effective against different tumors, especially against Cutaneous T-Cell Lymphoma and drug resistance tumors. This paper reviews mechanisms of anti-tumors, the clinical outcomes and the pharmacokinetics of FK228.
