摘　　要：针对构建维修保障分布式仿真系统的需求,基于HLA技术、应用基于Web的分布式工作流管理系统LiveFlow开发了装备管理机关联邦成员。在分析装备管理机关功能的基础上,开发了联邦成员的仿真对象模型(SOM)和联邦成员仿真运行管理的通用框架;基于LiveFlow建立了装备管理机关的工作流仿真模型,并与联邦成员进行了紧密集成;最后完成了装备管理机关联邦成员的开发。这项工作对于装备管理机关人员的合理设置、训练、绩效考核以及业务流程的改进都具有重要的意义,同时也促进了“联合作战”下的维修保障体系的建设与发展。Based on HLA, the paper developed Materiel Management Office federate by using distributed workflow management system based on Web - the LiveFlow to meet the requirement of creating Distributed Simulation System of Maintenance Support federation. Based on analyzing function of Materiel Management Office, it developed Simulation Object Model （SOM） of the federate and universal framework of federates＇ simulation execution management. Also it developed workflow simulation model of Materiel Management Office based on the software -- LiveFlow, and integrated the model with the federate tightly. Finally, the Materiel Management Office federate was accomplished. The work is significant to the appointment, training and examination of staff, and the improvement of business flow. It also promotes the development of Maintenance Support System in Joint Operations.
