益肾复方对大鼠阿霉素肾病的作用

摘　　要：目的观察益肾复方对大鼠阿霉素肾病的作用。方法采用静脉注射阿霉素(5.5mg/kg)造成大鼠实验性肾病模型,观察益肾复方灌胃给药7周对肾病大鼠血液生化学指标及病理组织学的影响。结果肾病模型组大鼠尿蛋白排出增加,血清尿素氮(BUN)、甘油三酯(TG)和总胆固醇(TCH)含量升高,总蛋白(TP)和白蛋白(ALB)含量降低。益肾复方(30、60g/kg.d)可升高肾病大鼠TP和ALB含量,降低肾病大鼠TG和TCH含量,益肾复方60g/kg.d可改善肾病大鼠病理组织学变化。结论益肾复方对大鼠阿霉素肾病有一定的保护作用。Objective Methods Nephrotic To observe the protective effects of YiShenFuFang on ADR-induced nephropathy in rats. syndrome was induced by adriamycin（ ADR 5.5 mg/kg） , YishenFuFang （15,30,60 g/kg · d ） intragastric administric seven weeks, Urinary protein excretion, blood biochermical parameters and the pathology changes of renal were observed. Results Compared with normal groups, the urinary protein excretion , serum BUN,TG and TCH increased , serum TP and ALB reduced in model group. YiShenFuFang（ 30,60 g/kg · d）could reduce urinary protein excrection, serum TG and TCH, raised serum TP and ALB. In addition, YishenFuFang （60 g/kg · d）could ameliorate pathological changes of kindey. Conclusion YiShenFuFang （30,60g/kg · d） has protective effects on ADR nephrotic syndrome of rat.
