摘　　要：本文改进了华罗庚教授提出的宏观经济数学模型中的一个定理，并利用改进的定理讨论有消费的情况下，为保证经济不出现危机，初始投入所满足的必要条件。The theorem of HUS's Macro-econmic Mathematical Moldel is improved in this pater.with the improved theorem,this paper has given the necessary conditions of the first input to ensure the economy didn't appear crisis when there was Consumption
