摘  要:磨溪构造嘉二段钻探始于1977年,经过30多年的钻探,截至2004年底要完成一口以嘉二段为目的层的第四次开钻井需要5个月左右时间,平均机械钻速不足2m/h,钻机月速约680m/台月。为此,介绍了磨溪构造钻井过程中,针对磨溪构造不同井段地层特点,在不同井段采用不同的钻具结构。通过强化钻井参数、适当降低钻井液密度、优选钻头类型、提高钻井液抑制性等技术措施,极大地提高了磨溪构造的钻井速度。经过该区几口井的现场实验表明,试验井平均机械钻速从原来的不足2m/h提高到现在的6.1m/h。在磨溪构造的第四次开钻的钻进中,第二次开钻层段,通过加强钻井液体系的抑制性,确保良好的钻井液性能,实现无固相或低固相钻井液钻进。第三次开钻层段(T3x6—T2l21),采用安装旋转防喷器利用欠平衡钻井技术,使用无固相钻井液或较低密度的聚钾钻井液,能够较大幅度地提高钻井速度。Exploratory drilling has been conducted in Formation Jia-2 of Moxi Structure since 1977. After more than 30 years till the end of 2004, it is common to take about five months to complete a four-spud well targeting at Formation Jia-2, with the average ROP less than 2m/h, and the average footage per month for one rig at about 680m. It is introduced in this paper that kinds of improvements have been made afterwards in this area. Based on the geologic features of different formations at different depths in Moxi Structure, different BHA configurations were designed for different well sections. And measures like drilling parameter optimization, proper reduction in drilling fluid density, bit optimization, and drilling fluid inhibition improvement were also adopted, all contributing to the large improvement in ROP in Moxi Gasfield. The field tests on several wells indicated that average ROP was increased from less than 2m/h to 6.1m/h; the drilling fluid inhibition was improved to ensure good drilling fluid performance during the drilling after the second spud-in, so the drilling could be conducted with no-solids or low-solids drilling fluid; and during the drilling after the third spud-in(T3x6-T2l12), UBD technology was used with RBOP installed, no-solids fluid or low-density poly-potassium fluid used, the ROP was largely improved.
