摘　　要：对武钢7号高炉开炉快速恢复及达产的主要操作经验进行了总结。武钢7号高炉采用了当今世界一系列新技术、新设备,通过开炉前的精心准备,制定合理的开炉方案,选择合适的送风参数,充分利用烧结矿分级入炉新工艺,准确选择各种操作参数等,实现炉况快速恢复,送风第4天达产,第1个月高炉利用系数达到2．443。The essay introduces the main operation experiences on startup, rapid restoration and realization of target output in No. 7 blast furnace of WISCO, on which a series of new technologies, new equipment in the world are used. By means of sufficient preparation before startup, rational startup plan, properly selected blasting data, the furnace condition restores rapidly under the new process of charging sinter according grading and correct selection of various operation data, etc.. The target output is realized only four days after air blasting and the availability of furnace reaches 2. 443 in the first month after startup.
