摘　　要：报道了赤桉组织培养的实验结果，包括愈伤组织的形成过程，不同基本培养基和不同激素条件对丛芽分化的影响．以及不同基本培养基和激素条件对赤桉试管苗生根的影响，并简略介绍了赤桉试管苗的移栽技术．This paper deals in detail with the experimental results of the tissue culture of Longbeak Eucalyptus (E. camaldulensis ),including the process of callus formation, the influence of various basic media and hormone conditions on both the differentiation of clustered shoots and the root emergence of Longbeak Eucalyptus tube plantlets. The transplanting technique for Longbeak Eucalyptus tube plantlet is also briefly introduced.
