紫癜灵治疗慢性原发性血小板减少性紫癜22例疗效观察

摘　　要：笔者自拟“紫癜灵”方．用益气养阴活血药物治疗慢性原发性血小板减少性紫癜患者２２例．总有效率为９０．９％．该组病例治疗后，血小板均数从（３．５±１４１）×１０９／Ｌ上升到（７３．３±２１．０）×１０９／Ｌ，治疗前后均数自身对照，经统计分析Ｐ＜０．０１，其差别有高度显著性．cases of chronic Idiopatnic Thrombocytopenic Purpura have been treated by Zi - Dian- Ling which is composed of drugs of nourishing Yin, invigorating Qi and promoting bloodcirculation. The total effective rate is 90. 9 %. After treatment, the average platelet is raised from(39. 5 ± 14. 1 ) × 109/L to (73. 3 ± 21. 0) × 109/L. On an average, the difference between the effects gained before and after treatment is remarkable (P < 0. 01 ).
