摘  要:目的探讨VEGF与下调c-myc联合干预对血管成形术后再狭窄的影响。方法中国大耳白兔28只,分为4组,每组7只;髂总动脉球囊拉伤后,分别给予反义c-myc和(或) VEGF,取病理切片对再狭窄程度进行评价;采取免疫组化及Western blotting对联合应用VEGF和反义c-myc效果进行评价。结果下调c-myc与VEGF均能减轻血管成形术后再狭窄,反义c-myc与VEGF联合应用则显著减轻再狭窄,但两者间无显著交互作用(P>0.05)。结论联合干预c-myc与VEGF显著减轻再狭窄,但两者之间无协同作用。Objective To investigate the effect of downregulation c - myc and VEGF in combinat- ed applying on restenosis after angioplasty. Methods 28 China rabbits were divided randomly into four groups with each group containing 7 rabbits. After ball - injured, antisense c - myc or/and VEGF was performed. Group A as control, group B antisense c - myc respectively, group C VEGF only, group D an- tisense c - myc and VEGF. Evaluating on restenosis by pathological section, immunohistochemistry and Western blotting for the expressing of PCNA . Results Pathological section: ( intimal and media ) both downregulation c - myc and VEGF can relieve restenosis after angioplasty, combining antisense c - myc with VEGF can relieve restenosis more effectly. The situations of immunohistochemistry and Western blotting were on the analogy of pathological section. Conclusions Downregulation c - myc and VEGF has definite effect in preventing restenosis after angioplasty. Combining antisense c - myc with VEGF do not achieve concerted effect.
