摘　　要：本文着重鞍钢冷轧1#酸轧联合机组乳化液系统现状,其他联合机组泵站式真空过滤机资金及占地位置无法在1#线实现,经几年研究,低噪声风机真空过滤机技术开发,设计参数,工作原理,现场结构制造,解决无位置及无法吊运难题,在实际使用中对滤材的选择。This text is main about the present condition of 1# line that the fund and area of other lines＇ pump station eann＇t be satisfied, through some years＇ research we developed the low noise vacuum filter machine through designing the data ,the principle and the construction manufacturing, to solve the difficult of area ,installation and the choice about filter＇ material in using.
