摘　　要：本文介绍了一种采用小型激光测距传感器完成显像管Z点非接触自动测量系统的基本组成、定位装置设计原理,分析了设备的系统误差,并采用UML描述了显像管检查的控制流程。The paper introduces the system structure of a none-touchable check device for color display tube,which uses small laser distance sensor.The positioning mechanism for measurement is presented with error analysis for the system.And the check flow control is illustrated by a UML description in the end.
