摘 要:由速冷Pb-Cd合金循环氧化而形成的Pb晶体电极具有优异的电化学性能,与纯铅阳极膜相比,其氧化层中活性成分形成速度快、单位面积含量高、β-PbO2含量大并具有良好的多孔性结构;与薄型涂膏式PbO2电极相比,其氧化层比表面积大并具有突出的快速放电能力.以小三角波电位扫描方法在H2SO4体系中测定电极双电层电容,可以用来表征活性物质比表面积.结果表明,Pb晶电极活性层的比表面 积是涂膏式电极的十几倍,同时其氧析出过电位也明显高于涂膏式PbO2电极.A lead crystal plate made from rapid solidifying lead-cadmium alloy by cyclic triangular voltage anodizing has excellent electrochemical characteristics. Compared with anodic films on pure lead, it has more active mass and forms rapidly, in addition, it contains larger amount of β-PbO2 and exhibits better porous structure; while compared with a pasted lead dioxide plate, it has larger specific surface area and an outstanding fast discharging capability. According to the fact that the double-layer capacity of lead dioxide electrode in sulfuric acid solution can be representative of its real surface area, the specific surface area of the lead crystal active mass layer is more than ten times of that of the pasted plate, and the overpotential of oxygen evolution on the lead crystal electrode is higher than that of the pasted lead dioxide plate.
