盐酸纳洛酮鼻腔喷雾剂诱发试验的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察盐酸纳洛酮(NLX)鼻腔喷雾剂对海络因拮抗作用的效果。方法:对54例海洛因依赖者进行脱毒治疗后NLX的诱发试验,对32例鼻腔喷雾和22例肌内注射2种给药途径的催促戒断症状以及服用盐酸纳曲酮(NTX)后的症状进行临床观察与比较。结果:NLX鼻腔喷雾和肌内注射2种给药途径以及服用NTX后的症状比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:NLX鼻腔喷雾剂对海络因拮抗作用效果显著,使用方便。Objective ： To assess the antagonistic effect of naloxone hydrochloride nasal spray on heroin addiction. Methods： Following after 54 heroin addicts who underwent the detoxic treatment were challenged with natraxone, 32 patients were administered with the naloxone nasal spray and 22 with intramuscular injection of naloxone to evaluate the status of withdrawal signs and symptoms after the treatment. Results ： No significant differences of the nasal spray from the im. injection in the relief of the withdrawal signs and symptoms were found （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The naloxone nasal spray offered an alternative option in the antagonism of heroin addiction.
