摘　　要：诱变转化和选择，是细胞工程产业化的重要环节，本文论述了诱变转化及选择的方法学及选择机理、介绍了抗药性选择法，营养缺陷型选择法，ＰＮＳ法。Mutagenic transformation and selection are a key link of animal cell biotechnology methods.Its application mechanism is expounded.All selection methods such as drug resistonce anxotroph,PNS,PCR celection lable gene specific locus expression are introduced and their merits and demerits are compared.
