摘  要:目的:建立中药减肥保健品中盐酸芬氟拉明和盐酸西布曲明的液相色谱-串联质谱分析方法。方法:以伪麻黄碱为内标,用甲醇提取,用Diamonsil C18色谱柱分离,流动相为甲醇-水-甲酸(体积比为70:30:0.2),液相色谱-电喷雾串联质谱法进行测定。结果:盐酸芬氟拉明和盐酸西布曲明的线性范围均为5-400ng/ml,平均回收率均在98.8%-120%范围内,相对标准偏差均在5%以下。盐酸芬氟拉明的最低检测浓度为0.05ng/ml,盐酸西布曲明的最低检测浓度为0.025ng/ml。结论:本法专属性强,灵敏度和准确度高,可快速检测减肥保健品中掺入的盐酸芬氟拉明和盐酸西布曲明。Objective: To develop a liquid chromatography - tandem mass spectrometry method for the determination of fenfluramine hydrochloride and sibutramine hydrochloride in herbal slimming products. Methods: The analytes and the internal standard, pseudoephedrine were extracted with methanol, chrematographed on a diamonsil C18 column with methanol- water- formic acid (70:30:0. 2) as mobile phase and detected by tandem mass spectrometry with electrospray ionization source. Results:The calibration curve for fenfluramine hydrochloride and sibutramine hydrochloride showed good linearity in the range of 5 - 400 ng/ The mean recovery ranged from 98. 8% to 120% and the relative standard derivations were lower than 5%. The limit of quantification for fenfluramine hydrochloride and sibutramine hydrochloride were 0. 05 ng/ml and 0. 025 ng/ml, respectively. Conclusion:The method is sensitive, specific and suitable for rapid determination fenfluramine and sibutramine hydrochloride illegal used in herbal slimming products.
