摘　　要：目的:证实本次暴发流行的病原和Vero细胞分离RSV的效果,获得可用于疫苗研制的RSV毒株。方法:用Ve-ro细胞从患儿痰标本中分离RSV并对分离到的毒株进行生物学特性研究。结果:从13例患儿痰标本中分离到3株可稳定传代的病毒株,经RSV单克隆抗体、RT-PCR扩增产物的核酸序列测定及CPE特征等证实为RSV。结论:本次婴幼儿呼吸道疾病暴发是由RSV A型所引起,Vero细胞分离RSV阳性率为23.1%。Objective：To confirm pathogen causing children＇s respiratory tract infection and evaluate the effects that RSV is isolated through vero cells. Methods：RSV from children patients＇ sputum was isolated through vero cells and the RSV biological features were also studied. Results：Three strains of virus that can proliferate stably were isolated from 13 children patients＇ sputum. RSV was conformed through its CPE features, RSV monoclonal antibody and nucleotide sequencing technology. Conclnsion： The children＇s respiratory diseases were caused by RSV - A. RSV positive rate is 23. 1% through vero cells.
