摘 要:目的:证实本次暴发流行的病原和Vero细胞分离RSV的效果,获得可用于疫苗研制的RSV毒株。方法:用Ve-ro细胞从患儿痰标本中分离RSV并对分离到的毒株进行生物学特性研究。结果:从13例患儿痰标本中分离到3株可稳定传代的病毒株,经RSV单克隆抗体、RT-PCR扩增产物的核酸序列测定及CPE特征等证实为RSV。结论:本次婴幼儿呼吸道疾病暴发是由RSV A型所引起,Vero细胞分离RSV阳性率为23.1%。Objective:To confirm pathogen causing children's respiratory tract infection and evaluate the effects that RSV is isolated through vero cells. Methods:RSV from children patients' sputum was isolated through vero cells and the RSV biological features were also studied. Results:Three strains of virus that can proliferate stably were isolated from 13 children patients' sputum. RSV was conformed through its CPE features, RSV monoclonal antibody and nucleotide sequencing technology. Conclnsion: The children's respiratory diseases were caused by RSV - A. RSV positive rate is 23. 1% through vero cells.
