论民办高校构建和谐校园的着力点

摘　　要：构建和谐校园是构建和谐社会的应有之义。作为一项伟大的系统工程,民办高校应紧紧围绕实现规模、结构、质量和效益的和谐发展,学校招生、人才培养和学生就业的和谐运作,校风、教风和学风的和谐运行,人才培养模式与社会需求的和谐互动这四个着力点,提高治校理教能力,健全学校规章制度,创新人才培养模式,加强校园文化建设,以营造和谐校园和促进学校可持续发展。The construction of the harmonious campus is indispensable to the construction of the harmonious society. Taking it as a great systematic project, non-governmental institutions of higher learning should strive to make harmonious development in scope, structure, quality and effects, harmonious operation in enrollment, training and students＇ employment, harmonious functioning in school spirit, learning and teaching style, and harmonious interaction between the training model and the social de- mand, enhance the ability of running school, improve the regulations and systems of the school, innovate the training model, and strengthen the construction of campus culture in order to build up a harmonious campus and promote the sustainable development of the school.
