摘　　要：探讨了轧后冷却的柔性化控制,建立了CCT曲线与喷水冷却集管之间的对应关系,实现冷却规程的自动执行和调整。这一柔性生产策略在HP295钢的屈强比降低工业实验中得到了充分应用,取得了良好的效果。在实验室对Q345微合金化钢轧后冷却过程中通过不同的冷却路径得到了不同的组织和性能。This article discusses flexible controlling in run out table cooling to establish the relationship between CCT curve and spray bank layout. This flexible production strategy has been used successfully in decreasing the ratio of yield stress and tensile stress in an industrial experiment of HP 295 steel grade and also been used in controlling the microstructure and properties of Q345 under different cooling routes.
