摘 要:为了降低取向硅钢的生产成本,近年来几乎所有制造厂都追求更紧凑、更便宜的生产工艺。为此开发了用1150~1300℃的板坯低温加热技术代替大于1400℃的传统工艺加热技术;采用薄板坯连铸连轧、薄带连铸工艺和固有抑制剂加后添加抑制剂结合生产技术;用连续退火取代罩式退火等。这些技术有的已进入工业化大生产,有的则在实验室取得了长足的进展.In order to reduce the cost of oriented silicon steel, nearly all manufacturers pursued more compact and cheaper production technologies in past few years. First, the slab heated-up technology which works in a low temperature range between 1 150 and 1 300℃ was developed to substitute the traditional one with higher temperature over 1 400 ℃. Another progress involved the technology of thin slab casting and rolling or thin strip casting. Third, the combined producing technology of constitutive inhibitor and later adding inhibitor was adopted. In addition, covered anneal was replaced by continuous anneal. At present, some of these technologies have been adopted in commercial production, and others have also made great progress in the laboratory.
