摘 要:通过运用变质量系统热力学和气体动力学理论对气动汽车快速加气站充气过程进行分析,建立了由管道连接的加气站与车载气瓶组加气系统的数学模型,基于该模型对快速加气过程进行了数值仿真,同时研制了小型快速加气站进行试验对比,结果表明,仿真计算结果与试验结果基本一致,具有较高的精度。通过仿真分析了加气过程中气站和车载气瓶内气体状态的变化规律,对气瓶容积、气瓶数目、储气压力和连接管道通径等加气站主要参数及其加气过程的影响进行了研究。Based on the analysis on air charging process with theories of variable-mass system thermodynamics and gas kinetics,a mathematic model of the pneumatic system that composed of quick recharge station and cans on the air powered vehicles was built up. Then the air charging process was simulated based on the model. At the same time, a small scale prototype quick recharge station was built up and experiments were carried up. Comparing the results obtained from simulation and experiments respectively, it is verified that the simulation results are agree with the experimental ones well. Therefore, the air state changing rule during air charging process was analyzed and the contributions of main parameters of the station such as can volume, can number, reserve air pressure and pipe diameter on the air charging process were studied by simulation.
