摘  要:对城市垃圾与煤混烧飞灰进行旋风熔融试验,分析了不同熔融温度条件下熔渣的微观形貌及重金属行为.结果表明,熔融温度是影响混烧飞灰旋风熔融特性的重要参数.在较低熔融温度下(1250—1300℃),试样仅发生烧结反应或部分熔融;熔融温度较高时(1400℃),可使飞灰试样完全转化为玻璃态.在1250—1400℃范围内,Ni、Cr、Cu、Co和Mn的固溶率随熔融温度的升高而呈缓慢增长趋势;当熔融温度超过1350℃时,旋风熔融可显著地提高飞灰中难挥发性重金属的固溶率;熔融温度变化对As、Pb、Cd和Zn的固溶率影响显著.Pb的固溶率在1350℃时最高,为41.5%;Cd的固溶率在1300℃时达到最大值33.39%.The fly ashes from co-firing of municipal solid waste and coal incinerator were melted in the swirling melting furnace system. The melting characteristics and behavior of heavy metals of fly ashes were investigated under different melting temperatures. The results show that the melting temperature is important for the melting characteristics of fly ashes. The sample underwent sintering reaction or part melting reaction at lower melting temperature range of 1 250-1 300 ℃. The fly ashes samples would be transformed to the glassy state at higher melting temperature of 1 400 ℃. Under the melting temperature range of 1 250-1 400 ℃, the fixation rates of nickel, chromium, copper, cobalt, and manganese are slowly increased with melting temperature enhancement during melting process. These results indicate that the swirling melting would remarkably boost the fixation rates of non-volatile heavy metals when the melting temperature is above 1 350℃. The changes of melting temperature have marked effect on the fixation rates of arsenic, lead, cadmium, and zinc. When melted at 1 350 ℃, the maximum fixation rate of lead would be up to 41.5%. The fixation rate of cadmium would reach the highest value, 33.3%, at 1 300 ℃.
