摘  要:目的研究直线偏光近红外线照射治疗对兔膝关节炎模型关节软骨的病理影响。方法选择成年日本大耳白兔54只,根据照射时间的不同分为预防照射、防治照射、治疗照射组,每组中又设空白对照组和模型对照组和实验组,在光镜、电镜下观察兔膝关节软骨的病理改变。结果照射各组膝关节软骨病理总积分和软骨细胞病理变化积分均明显低于模型对照组(P<0.05和P<0.01)。电镜观察显示照射组软骨细胞的破坏明显减少,软骨细胞和纤维母细胞的增生明显,以防治照射组为著。结论直线偏光近红外线照射治疗可明显减缓膝关节软骨的病理过程,对骨性关节炎具有一定的预防和治疗作用,且延长照射时间和疗程会明显提高疗效。Objective To research the pathological effects of irradiation with linear polarized infrared light on the arthritis cartilage in rabbits. Methods According to the different irradiation time 54 mature Japanese rabbits were divided into prevented group, prevented and treated group, and treated group. Each group was divided into three sub-groups: normal control group, control group and experiment groups. The pathological changes of knee arthritis cartilage in rabbit were observed by microscope and electronic microscope. Results The total score of pathology of the knee articular cartilage and the score of pathological changes in the knee articular cartilage were lower than that of model control groups. (P 〈0.05 or P 〈0.01 ). Observation with electronic microscope showed that destructive rate of cartilage cells decreased obviously in these irradiation groups, the cartilage cells and fibroblast cells were hyperplasia obviously too, these phenomena were more obvious in the prevented and treated groups. Conclusion The linear polarized infrared light irradiation may prevent and treat osteoarthritis, prolonging the irradiation time can improve the effect of prevent and treatment.
