摘　　要：Liver transplantation （LT） has become a common ＇method for end-stage liver disease. Although the incidence of biliary complications after LT has decreased to 8% to 20% in recent years, it is still one of the main factors affecting the life quality and long-term survival of recipients. As an uncommon complication, the mucocele formation of cystic duct remnant may compress or obstruct the common hepatic duct and result in injury to the liver graft.Liver transplantation （LT） has become a common ＇method for end-stage liver disease.
