摘　　要：Solitary luteinized follicle cyst, a rare cause of ovarian enlargement during pregnancy and puerperium, is a self-limited disease that can regress spontaneously after labor. The complications of the disease include ovarian torsion, intracystic hemorrhage, and rupture; endocrine disturbances have not been reported.
