摘　　要：目的：探讨阴囊肿块的病因和临床特点，提高其诊治水平。方法：对2005年1月～2006年12月手术治疗的43例阴囊肿块的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：43例阴囊肿块行单纯性肿块切除或附睾睾丸切除，经B超和（或）穿刺细胞学检查，术前诊断准确率达95．3％，1例附睾腺癌、1例附睾横纹肌肉瘤通过术后病理诊断。结论：可通过对阴囊肿块的超声定位、定性判断其良恶性，超声检查可作为阴囊肿块的首选诊断方法，术前穿刺细胞学检查可进一步提高诊断的准确性，指导正确的手术治疗，减少无必要的睾丸切除，提高患者的生活质量。Objective：To analyse the etiological and clinical features of the masses of scrotum and improve the diagnostic technique and therapeutic efficacy for scrotal masses. Methods：The clinical data of 43 patients with scrotal masses were retrospectively analyzed in our hospital from January 2005 to December 2006. Results： In this group, 43 patients underwent surgical treatment. The diagnostic accuracy of ultrasonic inspection and/or punctura cytology in the patients was 95.3%. One patient of epididymis adenocarcinoma and one patient of epididymis rhabdomyosarcoma were diagnosised with pathologic diagnosis after operation. Conclusions： Ultrasonic inspection and/ or puncture cytology are the first-llne studies in the evaluation of scrotal masses. They could guide correct operation treatment and make the rational choice of male castration for increase the quality of life.
