摘　　要：我们根据1994年6月～1996年1月手术的68例患者的临床表现,按智能、运动功能和癫痫发作频度三个系统制订了疗效评分表。将患者术前和术后不同时期的症状体征分别列入表中计分,计算出各时期各项靶症状积分和量表总分,依量表总分判定疗效。量表总分提高1分以上判定为有效。量表总分提高数达到显效标准者判为显效。与脑电图(EEG)、脑电活动地形图(BEAM)和诱发电位(EP)检查结果对照分析表明,判定为显效者,术后脑整体功能有明显改善。二者结合综合评定疗效,能够较为准确地反映出患者的康复状态。To inrestigate the therapeutic effects of fetal brain tissue transplantation,based on the main symptoms and signs of 68 patients received fetal brain tissue transplantation during 1994. 6 to 1996.1,three grade tables were drew up in order to evaluate the intelligence,motor function and frequency of seizures of epilepsy of patients respectively.The pre- and post-operation grades of patients were counted.Slight effectiveness was defined as the increase of total grades by one grade,while effectiveness defined as the increase of total grades to the standard of effectiveness. The therapeutic effects were evaluated one month after operation.A comparative analysis with EEG,BEAM and EP indicated that the effetiveness determined by using the grades tables showed significant improvement of whole brain function of patients.
