摘　　要：本文研究了胰岛素样生长因子(IGF)-Ⅰ与 IGF-Ⅱ对组织培养中的人胎胰岛细胞增殖与功能的作用。结果表明 IGF-Ⅰ与 IGF-Ⅱ均可明显促进人胎胰岛细胞 DNA 合成与 B 细胞复制并能促进人胎胰岛 B 细胞的胰岛素合成与分泌。The effects of IGF-Ⅰ and IGF-Ⅱ on the proliferation of human fetal pancreas islets in tissue culture were studied.Our results showed that IGF-Ⅰ and IGF-Ⅱ could markedly promote the DNA synthesis of human fetal islet cells,replication of islet B cells,insulin biosyn- thesis and secretion of human fetal islet B cells.
