摘　　要：以福建为例分析和归纳了乡村社会林业的发展现状及乡村社会林业发展面临的问题,进而提出政府及各级地方行政部门应当以积极、稳妥的方式启动和推进这一过程,并提出发展乡村社会林业应坚持的指导原则,建立乡村社会林业发展的生态经济政策体系和产业政策体系。The current situation and the problems of countryside society forestry development were analyzed and concluded based on the case of Fujian in the article. Our government at all levels should get the process of countryside society forestry development in gear and push it on. Then the guiding principles of countryside society forestry development were put forward. At last, the ecological economics＇policy system and the industry＇s policy system were set up for the development of countryside society forestry.
