摘　　要：北汉庄油田出砂严重,制约了油田的正常生产。通过对出砂原因分析,决定研制高压砾石一次充填防砂工艺技术,并于2005年在3口井得到应用,工艺成功率100％,至2005年底,累计增油1 145．54 t。实践表明,对于出砂严重的疏松砂岩油藏,该项技术投入低,成功率高,增油效果显著,具有推广价值。Serious sand production in North Hanzhuang oil field restricted its Normal production. This article analyzed the reason of sanding and developed High pressure gravel whack packing and sand control technology, which has applied to three wells in 2005 successfully. At the end of 2005, oil adding accumulated to 1145. 541. The practice indicated this technology has advantage of low input, high successful rate, effective oil adding for loose sand reservoir with serious sanding and it's worthy to promotion.
