摘  要:在超声波作用下,以磷钨酸为催化剂,用过氧化氢氧化环己醇的方法合成了己二酸。探讨了物料配比、催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间对己二酸产率的影响。在环己醇用量10.5mL,30%过氧化氢溶液用量60mL,催化剂用量0.5mmol,反应温度75℃,反应时间8h,己二酸产率达82.1%。最佳条件下的产率比常规方法的产率(60%-70%)高出12%。实验结果表明,这是一种合成己二酸的切实可行的绿色化学工艺。Adipie acid was synthesized under ultrasonic irradiation using cyclohexanol and hydrogen peroxide as raw materials and phosphotungstic acid as a catalyst. The effect of materials ratio, catalyst amount, reaction temperature and time on the yield of adipic acid was studied. The yield of adipic acid reached 82.1% when the amount of cyclohexanol, 30% hydrogen peroxide and catalyst were 10.5 mL, 60 mL and 0.5 mmol, respectively, the reaction temperature was 75 ℃ and the reaction time was 8 h. The yield of this method was higher than in ordinary method(60% - 70% ). This is a feasible and green chemical process to synthesize adipic acid.
