怀山药与淮南山药、铁杆山药的生药学鉴别

摘　　要：目的:为扩大正品山药的药源提供科学依据。方法:采用药材性状、粉末显微特征、薄层色谱对三种山药进行实验研究。结果:怀山药、淮南山药、铁杆山药三个品种有一定差异,但它们的主要成分相同。结论:根据实验结果认为,淮南山药、铁杆山药在怀山药供不应求的时候可作为它的替代品应用。Objective： To provide a scientific basis for expanding the resource of certified Radix Dioscorea Opppsitae. Methods： Characteristic identification, microscopic identification and TLC were used. Results： Although there were some differences among the three varieties, the same major constituents were founded in them. Conclusion： Huai Nan Dioscorea Opppsitae, Tie Gan Dioscorea Opppsitae can be used as substitution products for Radix Dioseorea Opppsitae, when the supply of the latter is tight.
