板蓝根含片的抗病毒作用研究

摘　　要：目的:观察板蓝根含片的抗病毒作用。方法:采用细胞病变抑制法、鸡胚法及感染小鼠保护试验法观察板蓝根含片的抗病毒作用。结果:板蓝根含片浓度在50 g/L时能完全抑制5种病毒在细胞内的复制作用,对鸡胚内流感病毒有抑制作用,对流感病毒感染小鼠有保护作用。结论:板蓝根含片有明显的抗病毒作用。Objective： antivirus of Banlangen Buccal Table. Methods： Antivirus of Banlangen Buccal Tablets was observed by cytopathic inhibitory method, proventing chichen embryos and mouse from infecting. Results： Banlangen Buccal Tablets 50 g/L completely inhibited growth of virus, prevented chicken and mouse embryonic from infecting induced by influenza virus. Conclusion： Banlangen Buccal Tablets has antiviral propreties,
