摘　　要：教学秘书是高校教学管理队伍的重要组成部分。系教学秘书在教学管理系统中发挥着重要作用。做好系教学秘书工作的关键在于不断提高从业人员的自身素质，认真做好每项工作，这样才能确保教学质量的提高。Teaching secretary plays an important part in the teaching management at colleges.To be a good secretary needs not only their professional ability but also their heart and soul in the dailg routins.Only in this way can they ensure the high quality of teaching management.
