Surface roughness is regarded as an important parameter to reflect surface micro-prefile , It has great influence to surface quality of the product. Laser measurement technology is a noneontaet measurement technology. The principle of four laser measurement technology are concretely introduced. The advantages and disadvantanges are described, The applicative field of laser measurement technology are summarized, The development trend in future is also discussed.
