摘 要:研究目的:提高房地产估价的工作效率和成果质量。研究方法:理论分析法。研究结果:探讨了目前如何应用测绘技术和测绘成果在房地产估价中进行资料收集、现场勘测、价值影响因素分析及表达估价成果。研究结论:在房地产估价中适当地应用测绘技术和测绘成果,可大大提高估价的工作效率和成果质量,同时现代测绘技术的发展和测绘成果的应用将给未来房地产估价业带来美好的前景。The purpose of this study is to improve the efficiency and quality of real estate, appraise.The method of theoretical analysis was employed.The results of this paper were having discussed how to use the technique and result of surveying and mapping in the process of real estate appraise,such as collecting data,surveying spot,analyzing the factor of value, and meaning the result.ln conclusion,if the technique and result of surveying and mapping were used properly in the process of real estate appraise,it can improve the efficiency and quality greatly,At the same time, the development of the modem surveying and mapping technology will bring nice prospects to real estate appraise.
