摘　　要：本文介绍了一种分布式网络管理系统的实现方法。这种方法使用了XML作为数据的传送和存储的方式，并用来映射TMN（电信管理网络）中不同协议数据单元（PDU）。从而在一个网络管理系统上实现对不同协议不同网元的统一管理。使整个系统具有平台化、分布式特性。该方式实现的网络管理系统已经开始应用于商用系统，也适合下一代网络的管理要求。This text introduces a solution that implements the distribute network management system, This solution uses the XML as the style that transfers and stores the data, and maps the different Protocol Data Unit （PDU） in the TMN, It implements the uniform management on NMS as a distributed platform, This solution is used in the business system and is also fulfils the management request in NGN network.
