摘　　要：结合工程实例,介绍低能耗、低投资城市污水处理技术原理和工艺。采用该工艺建成的污水处理厂,工程投资和运行费用是同规模氧化沟处理工艺的54％和50％。处理后各项指标均达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)中的一级(B)排放标准。The thesis introduced an engineering design to skimp the energy consumption and the investment to be used disposing urban sewage. The sewage treatment works to used the technology, its construction investment and the operating could reduce 46%and 50%than the oxidation ditch technics. Urban sewage to be disposed could achieve first class （B） of 〈〈Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant〉〉 （GB 18918-2002）.
