摘　　要：律师执业所产生的民事责任，可以通过律师执业保险来转移，这样既可以保障律师的正常执业，也有利于维护当事人的利益。本文对律师执业保险的理论、作用、不足及设想进行了阐述。The civil liability of attorney,which comes from law service can be transferred by insurance of responsibility. So, the insurance of responsibility can guarantee attornetey＇s practice and stick up for the parties .This article expatiates on the theory ,functions,lacks and views of attorney practice insurance.
