摘　　要：本文阐述了高校图书馆电子阅览室如何最大限度地利用光盘、电子文献、馆藏数字化资源和网络信息资源,为读者提供广、快、精、准、新的文献信息,以便于极大的满足读者对现代信息服务的需求。In this treatise, it gives an explanation of E-library in colleges or universities. It mainly focus on how does E-library make full use of discs, electronic literature, digital resources and Internet resources. And how does E-llbrary provide the reader with extensive, fast, accurate and latest literature information, in order to meet the readers＇ need for modern information service.
