人力资本对农村劳动力非农就业影响的实证分析

摘　　要：本文利用笔者于2006年在山东、安徽、四川三省所作的实际调研数据，采用Multinominal Logit模型系统地分析了人力资本因素对农村劳动力非农就业的影响。在实证分析的基础上得出了本文的结论：文化程度低阻碍了劳动力进入相对较高层次行业就业的概率；技术、技能缺乏不利于劳动力进入工作环境好、工资待遇高的行业就业；普遍偏低的人力资本水平导致大部分外出劳动力被迫流向了传统的、没有太多技能要求的工矿企业。This paper analyzes the influences of human capital on rural labors＇ non-farming employment by applying the Multinominal Logit model, the data is from a field survey in Shandong, Anhui and Sichuan province in 2006. The results show that education is significant positively to the employment in higher industries; the technique and skill is significant positively to the work environment and welfare. The human capital level restricts rural labors to employ in better position, and the rural labors are forced to enter into the traditional mining company and oth- er sectors that don＇t need more techniques.
